Our CEO, Mr. Rajiv Dhingra is a well-known personality in the industry of Fragrances and has been invited by the Ministry Of Small Scale Industry, Government of India and the Regional Testing Center to deliver Lectures in various seminars. A Chemical Engineer and an Post Graduate In Marketing Management, Rajiv and his father, Shri Prakash Chand Dhingra together have put in their untiring efforts to guide our organization to the pinnacle of success. Rajiv has cross industry experience in Cosmetics, Fragrances and Finance. Hailing from a family legacy in perfumery, he set out to reinvent the family business and disrupt the industry by launching M P Fragrances. Fragrance duplication of a finished product comprises an important part of our industry. Not only is this type of work important to a customer who wants to offer a similar product, but many times a fragrance will be requested for a different product type altogether. Perhaps a fine fragrance is desired in a bath line; a popular shampoo fragrance for an air freshener; a soap fragrance for a cleaning product, etc. M P Fragrance perfumers keep abreast of new product fragrances that we draw upon to form a basis for a customer's request. With the difficulties in describing a desired odor for a product, it creates a common reference upon which to build a successful fragrance.

As fragrance trends evolve, it is important to have the ability to identify the delicate balance of raw materials that yield a particular fragrance. With this knowledge firmly in hand, we can then draw upon it to help form new fragrances that flow into trends of the future.

We know that there are always price limitations, dictated both by our customers and this highly competitive marketplace. M P Fragrance, as a small/medium-size manufacturer, is in a unique position to offer both consistent quality and economical pricing. We have developed long-term relationships with raw material suppliers in order to maintain consistent quality and be assured that our costs are controlled. Our reduced costs in this area are usually reflected in our more competitive pricing for fragrances of equal quality.

But our size does not mean that our expertise is limited. As of late there have been shortages of materials that can cause price fluctuations. Examples of these are Vertivert Oil from Haiti, Amyris Oil, and most recently Menthol. With customer approval, M P Fragrance perfumers were able to create successful alternatives that performed equally well in affected compounds. Substantial price increases and late deliveries were averted.

We would certainly enjoy working on a purchase contract format if you choose. We can then predetermine our costs based on economical purchasing and will pass any savings on to you. This would also enable you to draw from stock held for you to reduce your inventory, associated costs and lead times. We would have the advantage of compounding your fragrances when time permits. All these conveniences mean smoother operation for both of us.

Delivery Policies

M P Fragrances has proudly built its' business over the past 8 years by consistently shipping orders within 3-5 days of receipt. A customer whose business depends on timely receipt of a key ingredient of a product to meet production schedules, or fill orders for customer that demand quick response to keep their shelves stocked will appreciate this service. A partially completed order that must remain unfilled until the perfume arrives can ruin production schedules. Orders may be cancelled. Oftentimes an entire batch is ruined, or worse, the customer goes somewhere else for the product. M P Fragrances can often break into its' schedule or work overtime to ship a fragrance the same day it is ordered in such situations. We maintain an enormous inventory of raw materials to accommodate these requests.

Our quick response will allow you to utilize the latest manufacturing techniques, such as "just in time" delivery of raw materials. Of course, we will stock finished inventory for release against scheduled dates if a blanket order arrangement is preferred.

Our normal methods of shipment are Roadways. Our central location assures timely deliveries to your manufacturing locations. All orders shipped to you will be via your designated carrier. Material Safety Data information will have been previously submitted during the course of evaluation. We normally will include your purchase order number on each container and will gladly add any other information you want to identify and control your fragrances. Other information, such as certificates of analysis can be included if requested. We offer multiple packaging options for your convenience at no additional cost.
